Form title is invalid when trying to rename due to a name already exists.
Cause:
A name already exists in the database.
Solution:
In the Database window, select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Rename' to rename the selected form.
1) If the Database window is not activated, activate the Database window.
2) Select the desired form to rename.
3) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Rename'. (A box appears around the selected form name.)
4) Type the desired form name.
NOTE: Do not use a name that already exists in the database window.
5) Press 'Enter' on the keyboard to finish.
